Project Details
The apartment is in a converted civic building in Falmouth. The owners wanted a redesign of the internal layout and to improve natural light and ventilation.
The Proposal and Design
Planning and Listed Building Consent has been obtained for new conservation roof windows and the internal changes requested. The first floor usable area has been increased by the addition of a structural glass floor adjacent to the existing large picture windows.
