Andrea Lane
Founder and Owner
BA (Hons), Dip Arch, PG Cert. RIBA ARB Chartered Architect
Having studied at the prestigious Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow, she qualified as an architect and became an RIBA Chartered Member in 2002. Andrea gained experience working for internationally renowned practices such as Stirling Wilford and Grimshaw Architects, and spent ten years at Proctor and Matthews Architects in London, as a Project Architect and Associate working on many award-winning housing schemes in and around London, and the new Priory Quarter Office Development in Hastings. She was also a visiting tutor at Sheffield University.
After working in France for five years, she later moved to Cornwall in 2014 where she worked with Stride Treglown and Lavigne Lonsdale before launching her own practice in 2015.
Andrea has a keen ‘eye for design’ coupled with strong technical knowledge and practical skills. She put this into practice when in 2010 she renovated her home in France and self-built a home in Falmouth, completed in July 2019.
Her scope of work is expansive but her specialism lies in residential buildings with a particular interest in self-build projects and one-off houses and house extensions. Additionally, Andrea has experience in the often challenging process of working on Listed Buildings and Heritage Assets.
Anna Cattermole
Architectural Visualisation
BA (Hons)Illustration, MA Illustration: Authorial Practice
Anna creates 3-D models, 2D images and animated walk-throughs to help you visualise your building project. Anna has an eclectic skill-set that comes from many years of working as a freelance illustrator, designing 3D products and undertaking 2D surface design for manufacturers of ceramics, tableware, stationery and children’s clothes. Her designs have been sold in Marks and Spencer, Boots, WH Smith, John Lewis, Liberty and Smythson of London, as well as many independent stores.
Alongside her design work, Anna has gained an understanding of construction in wood from her experience rebuilding and restoring a 62-foot wooden Scottish fishing boat known as ‘Linnet’. Anna Lived aboard Linnet while travelling the UK, giving her a first-hand appreciation of small space living.


Sarah Tridgell
Interior Design Consultant
First Class BA Hons Interior Architecture, MA Curating Contemporary Design
Sarah graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Interior Architecture and furthered her education with a Masters in Curating Contemporary Design in 2005.
After a brief spell of work at the Design Museum in NYC, Sarah returned to the UK and spent 15 busy years living and working in London. She gained invaluable experience at the renowned design company Priestman Goode, the Design Museum London, the Crafts Council and Hidden Art in a variety of roles. Sarah also developed design-led schemes for numerous residential renovations in London and the South West working for private clients.
Sarah uses her broad experience to deliver interior concepts and detailed design packages that are inspiring and meticulous. She enjoys working collaboratively to create exciting and unique spaces, always offering functional and efficient design.
Sarah has an expert eye for detail, creatively using light, colour, pattern and texture. Her extensive knowledge of modern architecture and design allows her to curate beautiful and refined interior spaces of all sizes, to suit all budgets and tastes.
